Explore The Ferrari 400 Superamerica Aerodinamico Series II

Within the social circles of the affluent, vintage Ferraris are a common sight. However, a recent discovery has led us to a newfound admiration for the Ferrari 400 Superamerica Aerodinamico Series II. Presently up for sale via the expertise of luxury automobile experts, Schaltkulisse, this vehicle is truly exceptional.

The Ferrari 400 Superamerica Aerodinamico Series II stands as the final iteration of its kind, with only 18 Long Wheelbase (LWB) units crafted, and a mere 14 of them featuring concealed headlights. Originating in 1964, this magnificent automobile showcases a sophisticated color scheme of Grigio Argento over Nero VM 8500 Connolly, harmonized with vibrant red carpets. Its flawless condition ensures it will command attention in any car enthusiast’s collection. This beauty was originally transacted to FIN-EUR Finanziaria Commerciale Europea S.p.A., a firm based in Rome, Italy.

This specific Ferrari Superamerica, offered through Schaltkulisse, retains its original powertrain and transmission, thus maintaining its matching serial numbers. Across five decades, it has been meticulously preserved by its caretaker, Ralli Dimitrius. Despite its already impeccable state, Schaltkulisse chose to elevate the excellence of this extraordinary vehicle, a benchmark upheld for all their luxury cars on sale. The 400 Superamerica underwent extensive mechanical and cosmetic refinements at Auto Toni in Maranello over several months, culminating in its striking Rosso Cina hue.

Debuting at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este and securing the prestigious Ferrari Classiche Certification, this Superamerica now awaits new owners who can appreciate its rich and captivating heritage. Its extensively chronicled journey includes a myriad of images documenting restoration endeavors carried out in the United States, coupled with invoices for recent enhancements performed at Toni Auto in Maranello. For those looking to elevate their classic car collection, this masterpiece could indeed be the pinnacle choice.
