The exquisitely crafted single malt Scotch whiskey, displayed in an inventive level container with a unique 180-degree spiral feature, demonstrates an unparalleled approach to product invention and design, reflecting the level orientation of the automotive sector. The launch was envisioned following extensive collaboration between The Macallan and Bentley Motors.
As a tribute to The Macallan’s Six Pillars foundational principles, six materials that are vital to The Macallan, Bentley Motors, and a cooperative effort centered on innovation are incorporated. The Macallan Horizon is showcased in a distinctive bespoke glass receptacle, a material vital to both The Macallan and Bentley, engineered for flat presentation, challenging the conventions of traditional whiskey bottling.
An aluminum strip wraps around the glass and is attentively crafted to Bentley’s exacting standards, honoring this crucial material utilized in the foundational framework and outer design of a Bentley. The receptacle is embraced by a structure lined with the finest environmentally-friendly leather, expertly fashioned, in a chestnut tone to impeccably finish and safeguard the valuable whiskey. An encircling copper outline is meticulously shaped from recycled copper, which incorporates copper from the stills formerly utilized by The Macallan, prior to the globally renowned new Distillery being uncovered in 2019.
